Being at CGS gives me the opportunity to impact the lives of students as well as show them diversity in an evolving world.
Coombe prepares each student for a World of Opportunity by enabling individuals to flourish through:
A broad, rich and ambitious curriculum that engages every learner in their journey at Coombe. Students discover new paths to fulfilment and academic excellence by being encouraged to explore their own potential and to stretch their minds so they can create their place in a world of opportunity.
A diverse and inclusive community in which empathy, tolerance, integrity and shared purpose promote exemplary behaviour and outstanding relationships. This inspires students to be inquisitive, open-minded and respectful towards the rich values and heritages that form our community whilst empowering them to overcome barriers, dream big and aim high.
A learning environment that develops resilience and commitment, that helps shape students' worlds by enabling them to embrace challenges, explore abilities and be innovative. We encourage our students to be brave, not perfect, helping them to take ambitious and bold academic risks as well as ensuring they celebrate their achievements with pride.
